The Johnny Jacobs facility offers many activities for its community, like lessons for kids, teens, and adults at its swimming pool located in Marrero.
Pool season is during the summer (April – August), and you can choose private or group lessons for your little ones.
They offer age-appropriate lessons, like Parent & Child Water Safety Class (ages 6 – 35 months), Strong Swimmers Class for ages 3-5 and 6 to 12, and Teen Swim Lessons (ages 13-17).
6 to 17-year-old swimmers can join the Swim Team to develop their swimming skills and be part of competitions!
