About New Orleans Jazz Museum

What’s a better place to enjoy jazz than in the city where it was born?
Through incredible performances at the annual concerts and festivals, jazz is the main theme of this cultural museum.

There are two open-to-the-public archives: the New Orleans Jazz Club Collections and the ones of the Louisiana Historical Center, where you’ll find historic music items. Even Louis Armstrong’s first cornet!

The museum offers educational programs for students who are passionate about music, including field trips, classes, and performances at its education center or the jazz lab.

You can’t miss the interesting exhibits if you want to know more about the jazz world and its beginnings!
